http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=293722&uid= From: Roopendra Reddy, StackNexus [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] What youll do: Provide First Line Assistance for AX Users Monitor Help Desk tickets through Service Now platform and assist Agency Users with resolution of their AX issues that will consist of accounting and financial process including but not limited to: Customer setup changes Expense Report Entry/Delegation Internal project setups Financial Dimension request Workflow approval delegation Complete and close Service Now tickets in a timely manner and document the resolution in the application Provide light training to Agency Users, including but not limited to, timesheet, expense report, purchase order and project creation Complete set up requests for clients, categories, etc. Resolve employee onboarding and offboarding issues related to Project Triangle Troubleshoot AX functional issues as necessary Escalate issues as necessary and advise management if certain issues are escalating/trending Cultivate Relationships Work with all levels of employees in a variety of agencies Partner alongside and serve as a communication liaison between agency clients and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks What youve got: Accounting/Financial background Keen eye for detail and compassion for all project elements, large to small Extraordinary interpersonal skills; solid expertise in collaboration, flexibility and diplomacy Talent for communicating in a clear, concise and proactive manner Confidence to ask for answers when you have questions Desire to deliver results in accordance to established objectives Self-starter tendencies; ability to prioritize tasks with aggressive deadlines Ability to understand business concepts and issues as well as technical systems processes What you've done: Confidently engaged directly with leadership, clients, and internal teams Quickly built rapport with team members Worked with Microsoft AX/D365 Developed a proficiency in Microsoft Excel Keywords: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=293722&uid= |
