Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree and 10 + years of IT experience, including experience in Project management. Managing multiple projects in parallel and managing large sized programs * Program / project management * Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving * SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development. * Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages. * Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS. * Knowledge of DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process. * Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP. * Business acumen. * Customer relationship management. * Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment. * Oral & written communications.. * Vendor / SLA management. * Ability to influence. * Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately. * Teamwork and collaboration. Preferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology or MBA. PMP certification (preferred) * Ability to tie together solutions across systems. * Adaptability / ability to manage change. * Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment. * Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
