The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives asset classes, along with excellent analytical and SQL skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with portfolio management, trading, and operations teams to understand investment workflows. Analyze and interpret investment data across asset classes Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives. Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and data mapping documents. Partner with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform data validation, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful implementation. Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or asset management. Strong understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives asset classes. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large investment data sets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodology and system development lifecycle (SDLC).
