The Role: A seasoned leader with 510 years of experience in product management, data platform modernization, or enterprise technology transformation is sought to drive data capabilities that enhance product distribution effectiveness. The role centers on streamlining product data pipelines to support alternative investments sales compensation and reporting. Success in this position requires blending data expertise with product leadership, guiding strategy, and enabling scalable solutions that improve value delivery across institutional and intermediary business lines. Key responsibilities include shaping the product vision for data enablement, collaborating closely with sales, analytics, engineering, architecture, and governance teams, and directing the implementation of data solutions that improve reporting accuracy and support efficient sales processes. Strong stakeholder management, the ability to influence without authority, deep familiarity with financial services and alternative investments, and experience delivering outcomes within an Agile framework are essential. Intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and a willingness to challenge existing processes further strengthen the impact of this role. Must Have Business Skills: Product ownership experience of a data modernization project. Strong business acumen and ability to work across C Suite, architects, engineers and consumers of the data. Communication and presentation skills. Experience in an Agile framework.
