The Developer will work onsite daily, supporting the Credit Services and Collections group in leveraging data to optimize customer interactions and drive real-time, automated next-best-action decisioning while integrating with broader enterprise systems. This role will involve designing and developing Pega CDH-based BPM and CRM applications, translating business requirements into scalable Pega CDH solutions, collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment, and assisting with code reviews and peer design sessions.
