Job Title: BI ( Business Intelligence ) Lead Location: Torrance, CA(Onsite) Duration: Long Term Implementation Partner - HCL America Job Description Business Intelligent Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS. Architect and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses using AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, and Quicksight. Partner with business and technology teams to define BI strategy, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Build and maintain robust ETLELT processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to deliver insights to business users. Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards for all BI and data assets. Continuously evaluate new AWS and BI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities. Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS.
