Job Description: Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations. Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization. Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards. Required Qualifications Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
