The ideal candidate should be more aligned with AI development, prompt engineering, LLM integration, cognitive solutions, and AI-based platforms, rather than pure Machine Learning model building. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and solutions. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, conversational AI, and generative AI tools. Build AI workflows, pipelines, and automation solutions leveraging existing models and frameworks. Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and systems. Perform prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API-based AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, etc.). Collaborate with business and product teams to understand use cases and translate them into AI solutions. Evaluate and implement new AI platforms, frameworks, and tools. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications. Create documentation, architecture, and deployment guidelines. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years of experience in AI engineering or AI solution development. Hands-on experience with: LLMs, NLP, conversational AI, chatbots Generative AI frameworks and APIs Prompt engineering & model customization AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, etc.) Strong skills in Python or relevant scripting languages. Experience integrating AI into applications using REST APIs or microservices. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, given Humana ecosystem). Preferred Qualifications Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.). Experience with AI-based automation, document intelligence, or cognitive search. Understanding of healthcare domain or payer systems is a plus. Experience with MLOps tools is optional but not required. Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Problem-solving and innovative mindset. Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments. Note This role emphasizes AI solutioning, LLMs, and generative AI not traditional end-to-end ML model development or research-heavy data science.
