The ideal candidates will have proven experience managing cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management across healthcare initiatives. Develop project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. Coordinate with clinical, IT, operational, and administrative teams. Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Maintain documentation, status reports, and project artifacts. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, PHI, etc.). Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and communication. Manage vendor relationships and external partners as needed. Implement project management best practices and process improvements. Drive successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (Healthcare, IT, Management, or related field). 6+ years of Project Management experience. Strong healthcare domain experience (hospital systems, clinical workflows, payer-provider processes, EMR/EHR projects, etc.). Hands-on experience with Project Management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or other PM certifications. Experience with EHR/EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.). Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and healthcare IT standards. Experience with digital health, analytics, or transformation projects.
