The role participates in a weekly on-call rotation with other Clin Doc Analysts and works closely with clinical end users and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, compliant documentation workflows.Key Responsibilities Provide Epic Clin Doc build, configuration, and ongoing support for Nursing Documentation, Therapies (OT/PT/SLP/Rehab), Behavioral Health (BH), and Long-Term Care (LTC). Engage directly with clinical end users to gather requirements, document current-state workflows, and recommend system enhancements. Perform system testing, validation, and deployment for Epic upgrades, new functionality, and imization projects. Deliver end-user support including training, creation of job aids, and at-the-elbow go-live assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues via ServiceNow; collaborate with Epic and other module teams (Orders, HIM, Identity, ASAP, etc.) as needed. Ensure documentation and workflows meet compliance standards for CMS, The Joint Commission, and applicable State policies. Work cross-functionally to maintain workflow integration across Epic modules and enterprise applications. Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours or urgent clinical documentation needs.Required Qualifications / Notes Only Epic-certified candidates will be considered. Candidates must provide their Epic Certification ID/Number and date of certification. Experience with Epic Clin Doc build and nursing/therapy/behavioral health/LTC documentation strongly preferred. Experience using ServiceNow for incident/ticket management.Additional Information This is a remote contract position for 12 months. Interviews are conducted via webcam only.
