Must provide personal email. Required Qualifications Proven experience in functional QA testing within complex, cloud-based enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Azure and Oracle Cloud (OCI) platforms and related application integrations. Hands-on experience with system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing. Proficiency in API testing using Postman, including request/response validation and end-to-end flow testing. Experience with performance testing using JMeter, including test script creation, execution, and basic result analysis. Skilled in accessibility testing using NVDA, color contrast tools, and Axe. Proficiency in developing and executing test cases, test plans, and test reports using Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of the defect lifecycle, including defect logging, tracking, triage support, and verification. Experience performing cross-browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and Mobile testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience testing identity solutions (IAM, SSO, MFA, authentication workflows). Industry-recognized QA certifications such as CTFL, CSQA, or CSTE. The State of Minnesota has a newly developed application that is a user interface(log in) to over 900 agency applications that provides an additional security level for logging in with credentials to all state of Minnesota applications. This product is available on all peripherals including mobile and desktop and resides in the Cloud. It is a partner component on Oracle Identity Governance and is a constituent component on Cloud. This effort is a critical application development effort that has impacts to internal agencies and external customers constituents This effort is currently a high priority program at MNIT Enterprise, Executive Branch. Quality Analyst testing is a critical component in the lifecycle of software development delivery and the expertise in test planning, test creation, test implementation and regression/performance testing is critical in the success of this Program effort.
