Position Description Platform Development: Build and maintain modules within the Distillery experimentation platform to support automated statistical analysis (e.g., A/B testing, regression models). Statistical Implementation: Translate causal inference and advanced statistical methodologies into production-ready code. Data Engineering: Work with large-scale data pipelines using Python and Spark (PySpark preferred) to support experimentation workflows. Tool Integration: Manage GitLab integration and deployment workflows; contribute to production-grade codebases. Stakeholder Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure experiments are properly designed, executed, and results are accessible via automated systems. Scalability Focus: Design systems that support hundreds of concurrent experiments across diverse platforms and operational use cases.
