This role is deeply hands-on and will focus on developing autonomous agents, building scalable full-stack AI applications, integrating MCP, and implementing production-grade LLMOps/MLOps pipelines. This is an onsite role in Charlotte or Dallas, working closely with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver high-impact AI capabilities. What Youll Get to Do AI & GenAI Engineering Build applications powered by foundation models and advanced GenAI methods such as Agentic RAG and KG-RAG. Develop autonomous agents using modern agentic frameworks. Implement MCP integrations and deliver Python-based full-stack solutions. Design and deploy AI workloads and scalable REST APIs across major cloud platforms. Create and optimize knowledge graphs, embeddings pipelines, and ontology extraction processes. Production & Operations Apply LLMOps/MLOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, observability, and model monitoring. Work with cross-functional teams to productionize AI solutions and ensure reliability and performance. Provide technical mentorship, share knowledge, and contribute to architectural decisions. What Youll Bring with You Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. 5+ years of AI/ML-focused software engineering experience. Proven production experience with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and agentic systems. Expert-level Python engineering skills (Absolutely no Java). Deep experience with: Embedding models at scale Knowledge graphs Ontology extraction Advanced RAG architectures Full-stack experience: Python backend + modern front-end technologies. Hands-on cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with LLMOps tools, pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
