Interview Process: 12 rounds (virtual and possible of in person set up in the 2nd round) Below is a quick overview: Must-Have Requirements 5+ years working with financial data (tax credit valuation, IRR, NPV). Experience within energy/utility/construction industries is a plus. Strong background in federal regulations: IRA, OBBB, FHWA, FTA, EPA. Hands-on with Power BI/Tableau, Power Query, Python, and advanced Excel. Experience linking operational data to financial outcomes. Ability to interpret regulations and ensure compliance across procurement & construction. Proven experience preparing audit-ready compliance documentation. Preferred Bachelors in Business, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred). Experience with renewable energy finance and domestic content requirements. Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams. The Business Data Analyst will support compliance with federal Domestic Content and Start of Construction requirements, ensuring the company maximizes tax incentives and maintains audit-ready documentation. The role blends financial analysis, regulatory interpretation, dashboard development, and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track compliance metrics. Perform quantitative analysis using Python and advanced Excel. Validate data accuracy for compliance and financial reporting. Interpret federal regulations and apply them to procurement and construction workflows. Track domestic content, verify material origin, and prepare compliance documentation. Define and document Start of Construction milestones per IRS guidelines. Work with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to assemble audit packages. Provide executive summaries outlining compliance status and financial impact.
