Job Description:- UKG Advanced Scheduler Highly technical and collaborative Senior UKG Workforce Management Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and automation of advanced scheduling. Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG Dimensions WFM. Drive automation initiatives using Python and AI, including the integration of data from multiple sources and the development of user-friendly, automated reporting tools. Design, implement, and maintain Boomi integrations between UKG and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. Qualifications - Proven experience designing and configuring advanced scheduling, shift patterns, and compliance rules in UKG. - Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders, document business rules, and translate them into system configurations. Boomi Integration & Certification - Experience designing and maintaining Boomi integrations, with a strong understanding of the differences between UKG Central and Dimensions backends. - Boomi certification preferred.
