Employment Type: W2 referral only (No candidates) The Role This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-enabled capabilities within an enterprise application ecosystem. It involves validating the functionality, integration, and performance of AI-aligned microservices, models, APIs, and front-end features while supporting the development and operationalization of intelligent solutions. The position leads test strategy definition, establishes quality standards, builds automated test coverage, and performs hands-on validation of AI-driven workflows, system behaviors, and model outputs. It emphasizes strong QA fundamentals, test architecture, and a disciplined approach to assessing accuracy, data integrity, security, and responsible AI compliance. The ideal candidate brings 69+ years of experience in QA, test automation, or software development, with proficiency in automation frameworks, scripting languages, object-oriented programming, and cloud-based testing environments. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, familiarity with GenAI and machine learning concepts, and the ability to evaluate LLM/SLM inputs and outputs. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, API testing, distributed systems, and quality metrics is also essential. The position calls for a highly collaborative contributor who can influence quality practices, drive continuous improvement, and support scalable AI-powered solution delivery. Required Skills: 6-9+ years of QA, software testing, or test automation / software development experience. Direct experience supporting QA within an AI solution integration teams a plus. Software Engineering experience or exposure; ability to read and understand Unit and Integration Test Code Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript preferred).
