Kindly share candidates with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. SDET Automation Test Engineer with 10+ years of experience and strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate must be local to the Chicago area or willing to relocate, as the interview process includes a single in-person, 2-hour interview.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Java. Lead and mentor a team of 57 QA and automation engineers. Perform backend API testing within an AWS environment. Build automated test scripts using frameworks such as Karate, Rest Assured, and Cucumber. Work with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment. Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for large-scale data services. Test internal, customer-facing, and dealer-facing applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.Required Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation and SDET roles. Strong proficiency in Java development for automation. Experience with Karate, Rest Assured, and Cucumber frameworks. Experience leading and mentoring teams. Solid understanding of CI/CD practices. Strong experience in API testing and backend services testing.Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience with AWS cloud services. Exposure to Python scripting.
