Junior Business Analyst Local candidates only, preferably within 30-45mins away from location Candidates must have active linkedin Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Onsite presence required) Duration: Long-Term Contract About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support enterprise process improvement and system enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business operations and technology teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, documented, and implemented for optimal business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and process requirements. Evaluate current workflows and propose process improvements or automation opportunities. Create and maintain process maps, business process models, and documentation. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to translate requirements into functional deliverables. Support UAT planning, execution, and validation activities. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to align business and technical objectives. Must have Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of business process modeling, analysis, and documentation methodologies. Experience with tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or similar. Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Must have Qualifications: Knowledge of data validation, reporting, or basic SQL queries. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
