Support enhancements and integrations. Lead Claims project teams on new functionality. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, writing user stories, participating in backlog grooming, and coordinating with development and QA team members. Must ensure alignment with standards and compliance requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong experience in insurance domain (claims, policy) Guidewire Claim Center experience knowledge Agile methodology and backlog management SQL and data analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is generally performed within an office or home office environment. The working environment is generally favorable, with no exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, dust, or other factors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand or sit at a work station for the majority of each shift. Communicate with others. Typically through the use of speaking and hearing.
