http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3011662&uid=ece1a54cff8744699ff1aefd8f48b8ab From: Aditya Sharma, GVR Infotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager / Controller Job Type: Remote Industry Experience: IMPORTANT Highly Valued Mode of Interview: Video Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Monthly Close Own and manage monthly close for multiple clients Prepare financial statements under U.S. GAAP (or applicable standards) Analyze results vs budget, forecast, and prior periods Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense matching Deliver executive-ready financial packages Accounting Operations Oversight Oversee and manage: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Payroll and payroll reconciliations General Ledger & account reconciliations Chart of Accounts design Fixed assets & depreciation Inventory & cost accounting (including landed costs) Merchant & payment processor reconciliations Equity, consolidation, and intercompany accounting Revenue, lease, and deferred revenue accounting Design scalable workflows for multi-entity and multi-client environments Cash & Treasury Management Monitor cash position, burn rate, and liquidity Build and maintain cash flow forecasts Oversee disbursements and approvals Support management of credit cards, LOCs, and financing tools Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A Build annual budgets and rolling forecasts Develop financial models & scenario analyses Provide insights on KPIs and performance Advise leadership on pricing, hiring, and expansion decisions Systems, Processes & Internal Controls Implement and optimize accounting / ERP systems Oversee bill pay, expense management, and spend controls Support integrations with: Inventory systems Order management Payment platforms Build and document scalable processes & internal controls Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and data integrity Tax, Regulatory & Compliance Oversee compliance: Sales & use tax Payroll tax 1099s State & franchise filings Coordinate with external tax advisors Support audits, due diligence, and regulatory reviews Leadership & Cross-Functional Support Act as a finance partner to founders and executives Collaborate with CPAs, auditors, attorneys, lenders Present financials to non-finance stakeholders Mentor and guide accounting teams Translate complex data into actionable recommendations Strategic & Equity Accounting Identify trends, risks, and margin improvement opportunities Support pricing, product mix, and growth strategies Maintain and reconcile cap tables & equity records Ensure accurate stock-based compensation accounting Industry Experience (IMPORTANT Strong Preference) Experience in any of the following industries is highly valued: High-growth or early-stage companies Technology / Software / SaaS Consumer Products / CPG Biotech / Life Sciences E-commerce, Online Retail, Marketplaces Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong hands-on accounting experience (multi-entity or multi-client preferred) Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP Prior public accounting or audit exposure Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Excellent communication & ownership mindset Ability to work independently in a remote U.S. environment Preferred (Nice to Have) ERP / Accounting systems: QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite Bill pay & expense tools: Bill.com, Ramp, Expensify, Concur Payroll platforms: Gusto, ADP, TriNet, JustWorks Commerce & payment platforms: Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal Inventory tools: Cin7, Fishbowl, SOS Inventory Experience implementing systems or integrations Keywords: card Financial Reporting Manager Controller || Remote [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3011662&uid=ece1a54cff8744699ff1aefd8f48b8ab |
