Title-Salesforce Business Analyst Location- hybrid NYC Visa-USC Duration- 6+MONTHS The ideal candidate will have a Fin-Tech background or Private Equity experience who has managed technical Salesforce products in the past, will be Salesforce Certified and have familiarity with the following technologies: SQL, Conga, Jira preferred, Tableau, PowerBI and Excel experience is comparable. This exciting position is a manager level role and is highly visible! Primary Responsibilities Help the Product Manager to develop and maintain product roadmaps for multiple digital products by partnering with different cross-functional teams to map investor journeys. Define product epics, define user stories, and elaborate on individual product features to deliver value to our customers. Own the Scrum board and ceremonies. Work with Product Manager to prioritize and facilitate the refinement of our products backlog(s) to ensure that the agile product teams are delivering the right enhancements to drive consumer and/or business value. Work with implementation teams to realize the vision by executing the prioritized backlog(s) in a clearly defined and agreed upon schedule Accountable for monitoring, optimization, and enhancement of configuration, features and functionalities related to the product area. Accountable for ensuring the quality of releases on the product area, testing and validating that the requirements are met and ultimately accepting the team's work before going live. Play a crucial part in continually improving the ways of working with the development team and wider team services to continue to drive digital transformation within the firm.
