Title:INFRASTRUCTURE BUSINESS ANALYST LOCATION: Hybrid in Waterford, MI DURATION: 6+months Visa:No H1b/CPT/OPT *** Job Description **** Business Analyst on projects across Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365 and VoIP Telecommunications teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management; Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes; Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications); Monitor and report on project KPIs Project Tasks (i.e., Project data clean up and maintenance; Data analysis; Implementation support; Application testing and test tool administration; Baseline technical support; Data visualization and presentation creation using VISIO and other tools) Documentation (i.e., Requirements (including facilitating gathering sessions); Requirements: traceability matrixes; Project runbooks; User guides; Test plans; Use cases; Implementation plans; Technical and non-technical writing; Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix); Contract Scope of Services; Process and standards update and creation. **** Mandatory Skills & Experience **** 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role, including, but not limited to creating and updating business requirements documents, testing deliverables, training materials, project logs, and end user documentation.
