This role requires chatbot, language and conversation-specific design skills to craft an online personality leveraging a conversational AI platform. The ideal candidate will have voice interaction and information design skills, an understanding of user-centered design, be able to analyze analytics and different data points, interview users and gather insights, and a passion for designing digital products Job Duties Collaborate effectively with business sponsor, project manager, domain SMEs, business analysts, data scientists, NLP modelers to understand conversational AI use cases and requirements to drive conversational excellence Collaborate effectively with developers and other technical resources to implement conversational AI solutions Identifies intents leveraging data analysis Documents and is responsible for an engaging conversational experience, including o Conversational flow, persona, tone of voice, error handling, help, bot responses, escalation to live agent Use case workflow design Channel and modality design Provides input to test plans and conducts early testing Resolves conversational design issues Reviews data analytics with operational and data analytics team to identify areas of improvement Works with natural language processing (NLP) owner on improving user experience Requirements 3+ years experience in AI, chatbot strategy, conversation design, and optimization 3+ years in product design, UX design, and/or UI/Visual design Working knowledge of conversational AI platforms, such as Oracle Digital Assistant and Talkdesk Virtual Agent Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) Ability to interface professionally with personnel at all levels; asking appropriate questions in eliciting information to interpret and synthesize information Preferred Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Contact center and/or customer service experience Kind Regards, Geetanjali Banvi | Absolute IT | Technical Resource Specialist 116 Village Blvd Suite 200 Princeton New Jersey 08540 [email protected] www.absoluting.com Keywords: artificial intelligence user interface user experience information technology green card http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=302205&uid= |
