The analyst will serve as a key resource with deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS, its data, interfaces between MES modules and external trading partners (such as Managed Care Plans), and will work closely with business teams, MES technical teams, and managed care plans to determine requirements for system enhancements.Location & Interview Requirements In-person interviews only (no exceptions). Candidate must be within a 23 hour drive of RVA (Richmond, VA); local candidates preferred. Days on-site required each week: 1 day/week preferred by manager.Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CRMS enhancements and fixes. Provide technical solutions and participate in solution design, including creating logical and physical data models. Develop and support ETL processes and data interfaces/extracts between MES modules and external partners. Perform systems analysis and database design activities to support the CRMS environment. Assign work to technical team members and track progress using an Agile board. Collaborate with MES technical teams and managed care plans to validate requirements and data flows. Support CI/CD pipelines and coordinate deployments (experience with Azure DevOps is helpful).Tools & Technologies Oracle, MongoDB, Talend, SQL Server, PL/SQL. Familiarity with ETL tools, CI/CD concepts, and Azure DevOps is beneficial.Required / Desired Skills Strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components, related business rules and processes (this must be clearly highlighted on the resume). Experience with systems analysis and requirements gathering. Experience with software development and prior technical developer experience preferred. Database design experience (Oracle, SQL Server) and strong SQL / PL/SQL skills. Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend) and building/maintaining data interfaces and extracts. Experience designing solutions from requirements and creating logical/physical data models. Experience assigning work and tracking using Agile boards; familiarity with Agile practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts; experience with Azure DevOps and CICD pipelines is helpful. Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL data handling. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong customer service skills.Important Notes Before Submitting This is a Medicaid business-knowledge-heavy role. Candidates without strong, demonstrable Medicaid experience (clearly shown on the resume, not just a skills matrix) will not be considered.
