Interview Process: Web cam (video) interview and in-person interview if requested by the client. Key Responsibilities Design integration strategies across systems, applications, and data sources. Establish architecture principles, common interfaces, data standards, and best practices enterprise-wide. Create and operate an architecture review process to evaluate proposed solutions against standards and strategic objectives. Support senior management with complex technology initiatives and investment decisions. Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements. Work across Application Development, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure to identify, research, design, and implement architecture standards. Required Skills & Experience Ability to make informed decisions under uncertainty and weigh multiple factors/constraints, considering long-term implications of architectural choices. Knowledge of electronic data processing platforms and software. Knowledge of database systems and data dictionary concepts. Experience with application portfolio management, software design patterns, application integration, legacy system modernization, and application lifecycle management. Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, master data management, data warehousing, analytics platforms, and data quality frameworks. Familiarity with infrastructure components, platforms, development tools, middleware, and technology standards for both on-premises and cloud-based stacks. Ability to prepare clear, accurate technical reports and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries. Strong collaboration skills with project teams and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to maintain essential records and utilize electronic/manual recording and information systems used by the agency. Proficiency in English sufficient to perform job duties. Experience in government or regulatory environments. Highly Desired TOGAF, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar enterprise architecture credential. Cloud architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect. Multi-cloud experience. Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, or enterprise modernization programs end-to-end. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices. Comfort presenting to executive leadership, boards, or external stakeholders and the ability to communicate technical strategy in business terms. Candidate Profile Highly senior, technical and strategic architect with strong communication and leadership skills. Preference for local candidates.
