These services are intended to be hands-on and directly work through the full resolution of the Workday issues with the end users. Provide customer-focused inquiry and transactional processes, collaborate with the user in support of continuous improvement, and strategically advances the team to lead implementation, optimization, and adaption of Workday Exceptional critical thinking, technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and research skills Must have demonstrated Workday integration experience in HCM and/or Finance This is a very hands on role and will require deep troubleshooting and critical thinking to fix the issues and to come up with a long term solution.
