The role owns end-to-end delivery across enterprise platforms and integrations, ensuring alignment across IT, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Quality teams while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver SAP-centric initiatives (S/4HANA enhancements, integrations, data conversion). Lead cross-functional factory systems programs involving SAP, PLM/MES, and adjacent platforms. Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and resources; implement risk management and change control. Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical execution. Coordinate vendors and system integrators; ensure deliverables meet SLAs and documentation standards. Lead UAT planning and execution; manage rollout, cutover, and hypercare activities. Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods as appropriate. Prepare executive-level status updates, KPIs, and cost-benefit analyses. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and IT governance standards. Required Qualifications PMP or PMI certification. 24+ years of proven project/program management experience. Hands-on experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects (manufacturing/logistics preferred). Strong people leadership, team building, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-platform systems and integrations. Strong risk management, change control, and delivery governance capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Automotive or discrete manufacturing experience. Experience managing vendor-led SAP implementations. Release management, cutover planning, and hypercare experience. KPI development and portfolio governance exposure. MBA or advanced degree (preferred, not required). Tools & Environment Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365. Windows laptop provided. Other Notes SAP experience is mandatory. Onsite presence required MF in Casa Grande, AZ. Strong communication skills and executive-level presentation ability are critical.
