This role requires strong technical expertise in visualization, SQL, and cloud data platforms, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex business needs into actionable BI solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (BS/BA) or equivalent demonstrated analytical and technical experience 35+ years of experience in data and/or systems analysis, including: Research and gap analysis Data mining and profiling 35+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and dashboard development Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server Familiarity with Power BI and OBIEE Advanced SQL skills with experience querying data from: Oracle Snowflake Microsoft SQL Server Hands-on experience with cloud-native data warehousing solutions Ability to map data lineage and reconstruct dashboards using dimensional data models Exposure to data modeling and data validation concepts Understanding of PII handling and data minimization best practices Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for sprint and story tracking Preferred Qualifications Basic Python programming experience Experience with Alteryx Exposure to data governance and data cataloging tools such as: Alation Collibra Experience in financial services or non-profit environments Soft Skills & Competencies Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as a writer, presenter, and facilitator Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels Proactive team player with a strong understanding of how systems and applications solve business problems Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Entrepreneurial thinker comfortable proposing, embracing, and leading change Proven ability to solve complex business problems and translate them into simple, effective software solutions Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment with multiple partners and technical teams Thanks & Regards Gopal Sharma Talent Acquisition Quantum World Technologies Inc.
