Job Title: Appian Developer Location: West Des Moines, IA (Onsite) Local Only Duration: 12+ months Interview: Video Must have LinkedIn Must have Local DL/State ID Max rate is $52/hr Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with deep expertise across the entire Appian stack. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has been building and deploying Appian applications for several years and can hit the ground running. This role requires someone who understands Appian architecture, design best practices, and can deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform. -Build end-to-end solutions leveraging Appians full capabilities, including process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations. -Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. -Optimize and maintain existing Appian applications for performance and scalability. -Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and coding standards. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Appian stack. Required Qualifications: -Strong Appian experience across the entire stack (minimum 35 years hands-on development). -Proven ability to design and build complex applications on Appian. -Expertise in Appian components such as SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations. -Solid understanding of Appian architecture and deployment strategies. -Experience configuring APIs and building integrations with backend systems (REST, SOAP, and other protocols). -Ability to design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Appian and enterprise applications/databases. -Hands-on experience with Appian Service Backed Records and Record Sync for efficient data management and performance optimization. -Familiarity with Appian plug-ins, connected systems, and external integrations. -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: -Appian Level 2 or Level 3 Certification. -Experience with Agile development methodologies.
