The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong operational ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams. This role requires 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with a strong focus on operational excellence, system stability, and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Day-to-Day Salesforce Support Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce production support. Handle support tickets and perform initial incident triage. Monitor and manage: Support mailboxes Batch jobs Scheduled jobs Assist in planning, prioritizing, and delivering sustainment and enhancement work. Provide functional guidance during Salesforce enhancements and configuration changes. Support documentation, onboarding activities, and meeting preparation. Salesforce Platform & Technical Expertise Support and enhance Salesforce solutions across: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Custom Salesforce applications Utilize Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools, including: Flows Process Builder Validation Rules Apex Work with Lightning technologies: Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Experience Cloud Manage Salesforce security and access controls: Profiles Permission Sets Groups Sharing Settings Organization-Wide Defaults Use development and DevOps tools effectively: VS Code Copado Salesforce data import/export tools Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and best practices Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience, including 4+ years of Salesforce development.
