This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), which are mandatory. The ideal candidate will partner closely with finance leadership and IT teams to design scalable, compliant, and integrated financial solutions aligned with global business and regulatory requirements. Core Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, including: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) (Must Have) Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) (Must Have) General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Management (CM) Fixed Assets (FA) Expenses Subledger Accounting (SLA) Intercompany Accounting Architect global financial structures including: Legal entities Ledgers Chart of accounts Multi-currency models Cost centers Ensure designs align with regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements. Implementation & Configuration Configure end-to-end financial business processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Order-to-Cash (O2C) Record-to-Report (R2R) Financial Close Set up: Accounting hubs and FAH rules Subledger accounting and reconciliation rules Financial reporting and analytics workflows Role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) Integration & Data Migration Design and lead integration strategies using: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST and SOAP APIs Middleware platforms Oversee data migration activities using: FBDI ADFdi Custom scripts and utilities Ensure high-quality data conversion from legacy ERP and third-party systems. Lead integration efforts across upstream and downstream financial systems. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Partner with finance leaders to: Capture and document business requirements Conduct fit-gap analysis Develop and present ROI and business case justifications Serve as the primary liaison between: Finance stakeholders IT teams Executive leadership Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional specifications. Governance, Testing & Post-Go-Live Support Lead architecture governance and design reviews. Oversee system testing activities: Unit Testing Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and integration issues. Provide post-implementation support, including: Monitoring Oracle quarterly updates Ensuring compliance with SOX, GDPR, and internal controls Supporting change management and user adoption initiatives Required Skills & Experience Extensive experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Architect. Mandatory expertise in: Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Expenses, SLA, Intercompany). Proven experience designing global financial architectures and integrations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi). Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
