Develop data recipes/dataflows in CRM Analytics tool to support business requirements. Help establish best practices and standards for dataflow, data recipe, dashboard, and report/lens development and deployment. Perform data analysis, produce data samples/prototypes and produce ad-hoc reports. Obtain and analyze data by accessing multiple sources, including ADL, EDW and Salesforce. Partner and collaborate with IT, platform owners and BI Analysts to provide input to project timelines, scope and risks for transformational commission initiatives. Developing a clear understanding of system landscape, data repositories and its interrelationships.
