The role focuses on Windchill configuration, supplier collaboration, ERP integration (preferably SAP), and supporting PLM projects such as MPMLink and SAP S/4 migration. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and support of Windchill ProjectLink and SUMA for supplier collaboration. Consult with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver PLM solutions aligned with strategic goals. Drive integration initiatives between Windchill and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Support additional PLM projects including MPMLink, process planning, and SAP S/4 migration. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions using Agile methodologies. Mandatory Qualifications / Must Haves 5+ years of experience with Windchill and PLM business processes. Proven experience implementing ProjectLink for supplier collaboration. Strong understanding of Windchill technical components and PLM business processes. Technical proficiency in Java (Windchill-focused), JavaScript, and SQL. Experience integrating Windchill with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Preferred / Nice to Have Experience implementing Windchill SUMA for supplier management. Exposure to PTC products such as Creo and ThingWorx. Familiarity with SAP S/4 and ERP migration projects. Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments. Additional Skills and Attributes Deep expertise in Windchill configuration: workflows, type/attribute management, access control, lifecycle definitions, templates, and replication strategies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design and implement PLM solutions. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences (technical teams, executives, global stakeholders). Ability to manage projects and collaborate across global teams in a hybrid work environment.
