As the organization leads a large-scale Agile Product Transformation, this consulting role requires a blend of technical expertise, exceptional coaching skills, and deep knowledge of Agile principles. You will play a critical role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, product leaders, and stakeholders toward Agile maturity. Reporting to the Deputy CTO and/or the Director of the Center of Excellence, this role is pivotal in driving Agile practices while ensuring alignment with the broader transformation strategy. This is a hands-on coaching role focused on fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and cultural transformationwithout direct people management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Agile Transformation Coaching Support and coach large-scale Agile Product transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives Collaborate with CoE leadership to define and execute an Agile coaching roadmap Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and related frameworks Act as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leadership to reinforce Agile principles and practices Training & Facilitation Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs on Agile principles, tools, and practices Educate teams on DevOps, XP practices (TDD, CI/CD, pairing), and Lean principles Continuous Improvement Embed retrospectives and metrics-driven decision-making Analyze team performance data and recommend actionable improvements Stakeholder Engagement Partner with cross-functional teams to identify Agile adoption challenges Facilitate collaboration and alignment across teams and stakeholders Best Practices & Tools Standardize Agile practices, ceremonies, and workflows Leverage Jira, Confluence, Align, and other Atlassian tools for process optimization and reporting Define and monitor metrics for team health, velocity, and transformation progress Required Qualifications Certifications (Preferred) ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, CSP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent Agile & Technical Expertise Strong experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps practices Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizations Soft Skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams Preferred Experience Experience transitioning organizations from traditional to Agile methodologies Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric practices Strong understanding of organizational behavior and change management Proven track record of continuous improvement and team enablement Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment New York Loooking For Agile Coach [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3046634&uid=1cb830bbf19146b6852c0d5b5f1d03fb |
