Good understanding of Oracle workflows, OA personalization and customizations. 3. Familiar with iProcurement punchout and PO XML setups. 4. Familiar with encumbrance accounting. 5. Have some experience with OBIEE and Oracle APEX. 6. Great troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents in fast manner to support the daily business. 7. Candidate must be able to translate business requirements into functional specifications. 8. Create functional specification documents for new development, enhancements, customization and reports as well. 9. Experience in public sector financial applications and business processes. 10. Team player, multi-tasking and good communication skills. 11. User training and coordinating with technical teams to implement the solution. * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
