SAP Security Responsibilities: Design and implement SAP security roles & authorizations in Azure environments Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and BFSI regulations User provisioning, role testing, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) checks Configure secure communications (SSL/TLS) and encryption Monitor and audit access logs; drive remediation actions Collaborate with BASIS & Azure IAM teams Support SAP GRC integration and risk analysis Provide security sign-off during cutover and post go-live SAP BASIS Responsibilities: SAP system administration (client copies, transports, monitoring) Performance tuning and application server troubleshooting Support migration activities (Export/Import, SUM/DMO) Configure RFCs, logical systems, and post-migration integrations System health checks and BASIS task automation Coordinate with Azure infrastructure teams Backup & recovery implementation and job scheduling Documentation and operational handover Ideal for consultants with strong SAP BASIS + Security experience in cloud (Azure) environments.
