Documentation The team communicates with good documentation. This team is THE interface between both marketing and engineering documentation facilitates this. Must be able to speak to their experience gathering documentation Structured Thinking (speaking + writing) People that communicate all over the place, in circles, dont work well with the engineering team. Be organized. Firm. Clear. Collaborative. Articulate, clear, concise. Logical thinking / sequencing Do you think about things in a logically sequenced way This is a must for PMs. I.e. If we need to go from point A > B what are the steps you would take to get there How do you work backwards to craft a plan Marketing Experience An absolute must learning curve is too steep without this they have had PMs come in and fail bc of this Deep experience in the B2B marketing space Joy (who reports to Nadia) will ask about this. B2C usually isnt a fit here is why: B2B is unique from a data standpoint those that have this understand how the business works. Marketing specific tools i.e. if you dont know what Salesforce is/havent used marketing tools, that will be a challenge. Marketo a strong plus Nice to Have: SQL Nadia will ASK about this, but wont TEST for it Having some SQL shows an interest in data / understanding of data upside if one has it. Joy If one has SQL, it speaks to ones ability to talk to/understand data foundations About the role: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with requirements gathering and coordination of several initiatives that require a single-threaded owner. The contractor will take over 2-4 projects that require substantial cross-functional collaboration. A successful candidate will have a good understanding and experience with marketing attribution and/or lead enrichment. In this role, the candidate will work directly with multiple marketers and is expected to have good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. The candidate is also expected to have solid written communication skills to provide detailed updates, maintain documentation, and facilitate meetings.
