Experience in configuring MQ Queue Managers and troubleshooting issues involving MQ Clusters. Creating, configuring, and maintaining MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Topics Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including leadership. Strong team or technical leadership experience Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good understanding of MQ monitoring tools like IR360 Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment. Understands compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area. Provide implementation support for key risk initiatives. Experience with IBM MQ on zOS, zLinux, AIX is a plus zOS Mainframe experience a plus. Experience with IBM MQ Appliance is a plus Understanding Incident Management System (ServiceNow preferred) Monitoring Alerts, Batch Failures, Service Now Queue. Handle outage calls efficiently, triage any issues, and fix them.
