Job Title: Data Science Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN(Remote) Duration: Long Term Implementation Partner - HCL America Job Summary: A Data Science Analyst transforms raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role blends statistical analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and business strategy to help organizations improve performance, identify opportunities, and optimize processes. Mandatory SKills - Must Have - Pythom , Power BI, Snowflake, Azure Domain - Healthcare Education Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. Experience 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or data science roles (varies by seniority). Skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficiency in SQL and Python/R Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly Understanding of statistical methods and machine-learning concepts Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions Key Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Preparation Gather, clean, validate, and organize large datasets from multiple sources. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand patterns, anomalies, and trends. 2. Statistical Analysis & Modeling Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering). 3. Business Insights & Reporting Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights for non technical stakeholders. Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python visualization libraries. 4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work with cross functional teams. 5.
