DELIVERABLES/TASKS : The Project Manager key deliverables include, but are not limited to the following: Providing overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Attending and/or facilitating meetings with project stakeholder groups. Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments; directing and monitoring work efforts daily; identifying resource needs; performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately to the Program Manager. Communicating effectively regarding all major project areas such as scope, risk, and resources. Possessing expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. Working closely with management, other Project Managers, andthe IT unitto ensure thatthe application meets scope, requirements, and project management guidelines. Assisting with both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines. Identifying and eliminating obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation. Other duties as assigned. Note: The staff augmentation consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior approval from division leadership.
