Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and visual analytics to support business intelligence needs. Create and optimize data models using Power Query, DAX expressions, and relationships for accurate and performant reporting. Build, deploy, and manage automated workflows and processes using Power Automate (including cloud flows, desktop flows, and integrations with other apps/services). Integrate Power BI and Power Automate with various data sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs) and Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Apps, Dataverse, Teams). Gather requirements from stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide actionable insights through data analysis. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing reports, dashboards, and automations for performance and reliability. Implement row-level security, data governance, and best practices in Power BI workspaces. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and Power Automate flows. Monitor and schedule automated data refreshes and workflow executions. Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform features and recommend improvements for BI and automation solutions.
