You will lead architecture and delivery of IaC, CI/CD, container orchestration, observability, and operational excellence across multi-cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP. Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Design modular, reusable Terraform architectures, including workspaces, modules, state backends, remote state, and version pinning. Implement guardrails via policy-as-code using OPA, Conftest, and Terraform Cloud policies. Cloud Architecture Build secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP, including networking (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing), IAM/Identity, KMS, storage, compute, and serverless services. CI/CD & GitOps Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, and Jenkins. Manage artifact versioning, automated testing, linting, security scans, progressive delivery, and GitOps workflows using Argo CD and Flux. Containers & Orchestration Deploy and operate Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE). Manage Helm, Operators, secrets management, ingress, service mesh (Istio, Linkerd), autoscaling, and chargeback/showback. Security & Compliance Embed security-by-design practices, including IAM least privilege, key management, vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, container and IaC scanning, drift detection, encryption, SBOM, and compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA). Observability & SRE Establish logging, metrics, and tracing using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. Define SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and drive incident response and post-mortems. Cost & Reliability Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing, reservations, savings plans, and performance tuning. Design for resilience with multi-AZ/region architectures, backup/DR, RPO/RTO strategies. Automation & Scripting Build internal tooling using Python, Go, Bash, and Power. Develop reusable Terraform modules and developer platforms, including golden paths and internal developer portals. Documentation & Governance Author architecture documents, runbooks, standards, and design patterns. Enforce versioning, code reviews, and change-management processes. Leadership & Delivery Lead client/project technical delivery end-to-end, from discovery to handover. Translate requirements into reference architectures and Terraform blueprints. Conduct maturity assessments, produce roadmaps, and run enablement sessions. Mentor engineers, set coding standards, establish quality gates, and lead design reviews.
