Location: - New York Plaza, NY Hybrid 3 days a week Visa: - All but no H1B/OPT/CPT Job Description(7-15 Years Required) We are looking for a senior Project Manager to join this team and take on delivery responsibility for one or more of our critical workstreams. Senior consultant role (senior VP equivalent) with 5+ years relevant experience. Primary responsibilities Establish & maintain strong delivery governance for one or more Cloud Program workstreams, including appropriate forums for prioritizing business outcomes, reviewing forecasts, tracking ongoing progress and managing critical risks & issues. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the delivery leads for that workstream. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners & stakeholders across Technology and all business functions. Work with delivery leads, partners & stakeholders to enable the establishment of consistent roadmaps and forecast delivery dates and to address material risks, issues & blockers. Present to senior forums. Required Skills / Experience Demonstrable experience with: Public Cloud, including directly implementing or supporting the migration of business applications to cloud native architectures. Managing senior stakeholder input and driving product delivery aligned with customer expectations. Leading cross-functional infrastructure engineering & software development teams. Successfully delivering software development & infrastructure projects using Agile development methodology. Successfully navigating & coordinating the resolution of complex technical problems across multiple teams. Also:Strong problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong influencing skills. Preferred Skills / Experience Demonstrable experience with: Working within a global organization. Project delivery experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated industry. Implementing and / or working with a developed SRE (site reliability engineering) organisation.
