In-depth understanding of client needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends. In-depth understanding of clients industry (wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models; etc). Familiarity with Business Architecture Excellent analytic skills to examine and analyze critical and complex business and data management practices used by customers and CUSTOMER. Ability to influence customers and assist them in defining their needs based on product and industry knowledge. Solid understanding of multiple CUSTOMER products and Solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive understanding of project management, to ensure primary responsibilities are completed within accepted standards and templates (e.g. Change Management, Issue Management).
