Maintain, plan, and upgrade infrastructure to remediate and monitor any vulnerabilities. Work with vendors, ITS, and development partners to establish and project roadmap of DevOps initiatives for portfolio of product offerings. Automate deployment such that we can achieve limited downtime for platforms used globally. Troubleshoot deployment and configuration issues in infrastructure. Work with internal teams and external development partners to ensure proper IaC is developed and patterns are repeatable for current platform offerings. The patterns should scale for future portfolio offerings as well. Create and manage an automated DevOps release management pipeline for an expanding product platform. Lead the establishment of the right tooling and processes that result in a fully automated release management pipeline. The pipeline will include: the automated build process, environment setups, testing scripts, deployments, and production operational metrics/debugging information. Contribute to the advancement of existing systems as well as the ability to contribute to new portfolio offerings all with focus, growth, and adoption of DevOps best practices. Required Skills: Minimum 4-5 years of experience with AWS DevOps. Experience utilizing automation and productivity tools to streamline and scale applications in various environments. Strong understanding of infrastructure components and how they are architected in AWS. Adhere to process and security standards when building application infrastructure in AWS with focus on IaC, SLAs, ATOs, and corporate Infosec guidelines/best practices. Experience with AWS Infrastructure. Authentication: IAM, Cognito. Compute/Containers: EC2, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes. Storage/Database/Query: S3, Postgres, Athena. Tools: AWS CLI, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, CloudFormation, CodeCommit Experience with GitHub, Jira, Slack, Linux, Azure SSO. Knowledge in the instrumentation of APM and Infosec tools such as New Relic, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, and Veracode. Understanding of application code and build scripts with the ability to dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot as needed. Understanding of QA testing frameworks (Selenium, Zephyr, Lambda Test, BrowserStack) so that builds can automatically execute test suites. Must be able to effectively troubleshoot AWS deployments and quickly identify and solution for any issues with the goal of minimal downtime for the users. Must have experience with Configuration Management and use within an AWS environment. Experienced DevOps professional who enjoys working on building and deployment infrastructure, employs Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Has a command of scripting languages (YAML, Bash, Python). Preferred Skills: Skills in AWS Data Lake, AWS RedShift, Snowflake, ETL/ELT tools, JuypterHub, and CKAN.
