Experience in driving multi country project implementation Successful execution of the PMO Vision & Mission Play a key role in driving Strategic Capability projects from conceptualization through completion. Closely Partners with the business stakeholders to drive change/project. Understands financial industry (business) terminology. Use Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum project management methods and tools. Lead the delivery of multiple strategic initiatives. Partner with IT for delivery & release management Establish project governance for effective communication between stakeholders. Define escalation pathways in the project governance structure for timely support from leadership. Define project roles/responsibilities & establishes workstreams. Lead meetings/manages deliverables. Documents costs/benefits Establishes timelines and ensure commitments of deliverables. Define & manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans. Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Bring decisiveness & courage for complex decision making & tough trade-offs, for a desired outcome. Understand budget/funding limitations and be agile. Requirements: 7-10+ years experience performing project management in financial industry Must have experience managing complex, large scale projects. Experience in driving multi country project implementation is a PLUS. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. Experience managing external partner relationships. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to Lead & being resilient.
