Championing the mindset of DevOps and Agile within the team to achieve business benefits including: Faster Time to Market, Faster ROI, Predictable Release Cadence, Optimized Delivery Times, Cost Optimization, Risk Reduction. ->Technical background as Dev/Sysadmin/Automation is essential In addition to being a senior contributor, also Provide technical leadership and guidance for the devops team. ->Act as escalation point and be available to support weekend releases as applicable. Required Background ->8+ years Salesforce Administration, Release Management or Developer experience. ->Ability to read, interpret and write Apex, SQL/SOQL/SAQL code Solutioning experience in Salesforce Service Cloud (certified administrator, certified developer). ->Ability to design for processes that are efficient and solutions that are scalable. ->Ability to learn quickly, excellent written and spoken communication. ->Results oriented, highly organized who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
