Strong business/domain knowledge of data changes due to Corporate Actions, M&A, Spin-offs, restructuring, etc. Capable of project planning, timely delivery and progress reporting. Participate/lead in special consulting projects or assignments as may be required by the business. Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding/appreciating user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the development team. Handling new customer and existing customer implementation or conversions on software applications. Capable of bringing about improvement of existing software by suggesting improvements, testing bug fixes, etc. Recommend best possible solution which meets business requirements by internal assessments/comparison with competitor software applications. Ability to conduct SIT/UAT and obtain necessary sign offs to the full satisfaction of the stakeholders. Exposure to Agile/Scrum, SDLC and SQL with a flair for data. Good understanding of the data models and ability to work with the data architects. Ability to introduce best practices and design/enhance the templates for BA artifacts where required. Help standardize and establish a robust delivery model for the offshore BA team. Transfer knowledge within team as required. Help set up a repository of project deliverables to ensure all BA artifacts and system documents are live, easily traceable and updated with latest changes at all times.
