The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with business and technical teams while following best practices for performance, security, and DevOps. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC. Build scalable and efficient Apex triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processes (Batch, Future, Queueable). Develop modern, responsive UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript (ES6+). Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries to handle large data volumes within Salesforce governor limits. Design and implement custom objects, fields, relationships, and overall data models. Develop and support REST API integrations and data exchanges with external systems (GraphQL experience preferred). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability. Support deployments and version control using modern DevOps tools and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Core Development Skills Strong hands-on experience with Apex: Triggers Controllers Batch, Future, and Queueable Apex Advanced expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Solid experience with SOQL and SOSL for large-scale data handling. Integration & Data Management Hands-on experience with REST APIs. Exposure to GraphQL integrations. Strong skills in Salesforce data modeling and schema design. DevOps & Tools Proficiency with Git-based version control systems: GitLab (primary) GitHub / Bitbucket Nice to Have: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
