Candidates will drive design decisions, select platforms and tools, define secure integration patterns, and ensure operational readiness and documentation across teams.Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end architecture for AI solutions, including model serving, inference, and associated services. Define and implement AI patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent patterns, and inference architectures. Embed security, privacy, and governance principles into architecture (security/privacy/governance by design). Evaluate and balance scalability, resiliency, latency, and cost trade-offs in system designs. Select platforms and tools appropriate for the solution (model hosting, orchestration, data pipelines, etc.). Design integration architectures, including APIs, identity management, and secrets management. Ensure operational readiness: observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and disaster recovery planning. Create clear technical documentation and architecture artifacts for stakeholders and engineering teams. Provide cross-team technical leadership and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and platform teams.Skills & Technical Areas AI architecture and design patterns (RAG, agents, inference pipelines). Security, privacy, and governance for AI systems. Platform/tool selection for model development, deployment, and monitoring. Integration architecture: APIs, identity (IAM), and secrets management. Operational readiness: observability, DR, and production monitoring of ML systems.
